The molecular has stable structure, good chemical resistance, high electrical resistivity and fire resistance as well as great self-lubricating property, heat endurance, weather ability, aging resistance, UV-resistance, scratch-resistant. Additionally, it feels good, has high glossiness and great resistance to high temperature (the long-term applied temperature is above 260
ºC) and has a wide range of applied temperature (-200- +300
ºC). Besides, it is non-adhesive and has great recoating ability. Purity of ultra-fine powder of PTFE reaches 99.99%, the molecular number of the powder is between 10,000 and 30,000, and the particle diameter is from 0.5-10
μm. After changing its characters, PTFE not only keeps all excellent natures of original PTFE products, but has many special natures, for example, it has no self-coherence and no electrostatic effect, it has good intermiscibility and dispersity with low molecular number, and it has high self-lubricating property and low friction coefficient.

Application:Widely applied as additive in lubricants, inks, coatings, engineering plastics, etc.
- Coating:Improve viscosity and lubricating property of coatings, reduce friction coefficient, increase abrasive resistance, corrosion resistance and critical film thickness.
- Engineering plastics:Used as modifier of synthetic materials. improve wear resistance, fraction resistance of parts.
- Lubricants:Adding PTFE fine powder in lubricating oil and lubricating grease can improve high pressure and high temperature lubricating performance of materials; in silicone oil, mineral oil or paraffin oil can obviously increase viscosity of oils; in grease, rosin and mineral oil can get high-quality lubricant, which has been widely used in ball bearing, wear-resistant bearing, slide bar, exposed gear, value of chemical equipment, and etc. Moreover, PTFE fine powder can be used as effective grease thickener.
