Polymer Processing Additives PPA 550

PPA 550 is free flow white powder fluoropolymer based processing additives. At a very low level addition(50-800ppm), it can improve PE processing without affecting the original physical property of the plastics as well as sealing, adhesion and printing, can be used for mLLDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA and other polyolefin resin.

Processing Guide:The dispersion of PPA in resin determines the performance. The recommended process is to make PPA masterbatch via 2% -3% by twin-screw extruder, and then add the PPA masterbatch into the extrusive resin according to ultimate goal. The conditioning time is 20-60 minutes according to the equipment, base material and shear rate. No conditioning time when long-term use of this product.
