Applications
Ammonium polyphosphate is a polyphosphate containing N and P, referred to as APP. Considering factors such as price and cost,
low-polymergular water-soluble APP was mainly used in flame retardant materials. As a flame retardant for flame retardant fiber, wood, plastic, fire retardant coating, etc. It is non-toxic and tasteless, does not produce corrosive gas, has small hygroscopicity and high thermal stability.
It is mainly used for intumescent fire retardant coating, and can be used for flame retardant process of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, epoxy resin, rubber products, etc; Or for ships, vehicles, buildings, etc. as a fire prevention treatment.
