Application TDS and Process
After finishing dyeing, DB-291 should be used by pH vale between 5.5~ 6.5 under the condition of fabric after soaping-treated, treated 15~ 20 min. Under 50~70° C, adding fixing agent before temperature rise, temperature be risen gradually. Dosage of fixing agent is up to the fabric color concentration, the dosage is suggested as followed:
1. Dipping: 0.6~2.0 % (o. W. F)
2. Padding: 10~30g/L
When used for after treatment process, can be used and bathed with nonionic and cationic softener.
3. Anti-stripping agent: 1~3 g/L
CH3COOH (98%): 1~3 ml/L
Temperature: 60~70° C
Time: 20 min
