Special Properties
Mainly apply for waxing treatment of exhaustion dyeing on cotton yarns, dynamic friction value on the surface of fabrics after being treated is low and a better woven property can be gained.
Has an affinity to fibers that way that it can be used for yarns having been submitted to cationic after-treatment. Even in these cases a water clear exhaustion can be achieved
Provide yarns with optimal gliding properties which is achieved by carefully selected waxes. Yarns treated has a low friction coefficient.

Application TDS and Process
Process Parameters:
MT-61 1.0~ 3.0% (o. W. F)
Acetic Acid (98%): 0.2 ~0.4ml/l (adjust pH value between 5.0~5.8)
Process Conditions: Running 5 min under ambient temperature after adding waxing agent, raising to 50'C~60'C slowly, thermal preserved for 15~20 min. Recycling mode is going to be 1: 2(Inside ~outside, outside ~ inside)
Drying: At normal or elevated pressure, temperature could be up to 130'C.
Notes:
(1). Diluted with cold water first, stirring uniformly and then adding into bath lotion
(2). Being treatment, the hand feeling of this product will be not as soft as traditional technology, but with superior weaving performance, normally no need to adding softener, if any requirement of softness, sheet film may be added to improving the hand feeling.
