Applications
Flame Retardant APP-NC may be mostly used in a range of thermoplastics. It is mainly used in a variety of thermoplastics, such as polyethylene (PE), ethylene (EVA), polypropylene (PP), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), etc. It can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. During the combustion of these thermoplastics, APP - NC can decompose to form a protective char layer on the surface of the material, which can isolate the contact between the material and oxygen, and prevent the spread of fire. It is the most important that JLS-PNP1C is no trace Cl.Processing suggestions: The melt temperature should not be over 220ºC.
