Product Description

Introduction: Alkyl ethoxy polyglycosides(AEG) are improved version of alkyl polyglucoside (APG) by introducing the polyoxyethylene chain between the alkyl chain and Polyglycosides group. Just like the difference between alkyl sulfate sodium (AS) and sodium alcohol ether sulphate (AES), it is the update of APG. AEG belongs to a new kind of green nonionic-surfactant with self-owned intellectual property right.

Properties:
1.Preserve moisture and protect skin,can reduce the irritation of the formula significantly.AEG friendly to skin as it has oxyethyl chain and hydroxyl structure of glucose in the molecular.
 
2. Non-toxicity, non-irritation, non-irritation to eye when the content is 20%, non-irritation to skin when the content is 20%, readily biodegradable( primary biodegrade to glucose and natural fatty alcohol ether, completely biodegrade to CO2 and H2O), safe for human body and environment.
 
3. Good low-temperature water solubility,can tolerate hard water,overcome the defect of APG that is intolerant of hard water.
 
4.Stable chemical properties and strong suitability.Stable when PH is neutral or alkaline, can tolerate 2% sulfuric acid 5% hydrochloric acid in room temperature.
 
5.Has good compatibility,can compound with various active substances,especially suitable for preparing multifunctional formula.
 
6.Good tackify effect,can significantly minimize the effect of temperature changes on the viscosity of the formula without macromolecular polymers.
 
7.None dioxane is detected during the whole manufacturing process. More importantly, it can effectively remove dioxane in alkyl polyol ether. The by-product of the reaction is H2O, and more than 95% utilization of reactant atoms. This product has proven safe to human body and ecology environment.
 
Application: AEG can be widely used in laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, fruit and vegetable cleaner, sanitizer personal care products and makeups, it can also be used in health and disease prevention, industrial cleaning, textile auxiliaries, water-based pesticide, mineral flotation, metal processing aids, oil recovery aids and viscosity reduction of heavy oil etc.
