Applications:
Crosslinking agent is also called curing agent, hardener and curing agent. It can transform linear or slightly branched macromolecules into three-dimensional network structure, so as to improve the strength, heat resistance, wear resistance, solvent resistance and other properties. It can be used for foaming or non foaming products.
It is a versatile crosslinking agent for a wide range of polymeric materials, both organo soluble and water borne. The polymeric materials should contain either hydroxyl, carboxyl or amide groups and would include alkyds, polyesters, acrylic, epoxy, urethane, and cellulosics.
When using crosslinking agent, try to avoid adding acid filler, and be careful when adding antioxidant. Other aromatic oil additives will have adverse effects on the crosslinking effect, so we must pay attention to this point.
