APPLICATION
It's suitable for Optical Brightening Agent for nylon and cotton. Its high light fastness is around 5 grades. It's for exhaustion and padding process.

PROCESS METHOD
1. Exhaustion process for nylon:
A. Na₂SO₄ bath:
Dosage: DBL 0.5-1.5% o.w.f; Detergent: 0.5-1.0 g/l;
Na₂SO₄:2-3g/l; Acetic acid adjusted PH=4-6; Temperature: 80-130ºC;
Time:20-30min;
B. Sodium Chorite bath:
Dosage: DBL 0.5-1.5% o.w.f; Detergent: 0.5-1.0 g/l;
NaNO₃:2-3 g/l; Sodium chlorite:3-8g/l;Complexing agent: 0.5-1.0g/l;
Temperature: 90ºC; Time:30-40min;
2. Padding process for nylon:
Dosage: DBL 8-30 g/l;Levelling agent: 1-2 g/l; Fixing agent:
5-10 g/l;Temperature: 20-60ºC; Dip&squeeze: pick up 80-100%,
baking under 105ºC.
3. Dyething method for cotton:
Dosage: H₂O₂ 50% or 35% g/l, stabilizer 1g/l, NAOH 98% 0.6g/l,
Bath rate: 20.
