Applications:
Defoamer is a kind of material that can reduce the surface tension of water, solution, suspension and so on, prevent foam formation, or reduce or destroy the original foam.In the fields of coating, textile, medicine, fermentation, papermaking, water treatment and petrochemical industry, a large amount of foam will be produced, which will affect the quality and production process of products. Based on the inhibition and elimination of foam, special quantitative defoamer is usually added during production.
Defoamer 07BQ is composed of various substances. Probably this product stratifies or there are deposits after long placed and it is normal phenomenon. It is suggested that the customer stir it evenly before using and it does not affect the performance of product (the speed of stirring is between 30rpm to 60rpm). This product can't be diluted with water. If it is diluted with water, this product may appear stratified. It is suggested that the product is added in the place where the antifoam is easy to disperse easily. The addition amount of defoaming agent accounts for 0.1-1% of the total formula amount.
