[Method of use]

Padding process

Dosage: ER-330 2~5g/l for pad dyeing process, procedure: one dip one pad( or two dips two pads, pick-up: 70%)  →drying→ stentering(170~190ºC30~60seconds).

Dipping process

ER-330:0.2~0.45%(o.w.f)

liquor ratio:1:10-30

optimum temperature: 100-125ºC

optimum time :30-60min

PH value:5-11(opt acidity)

For getting the optimum effect for application,please try on suitable condition with your equipments and choose the suitable technique.

Please try for compatibility,if using with other auxiliaries.

 

[Transport,storage and packing]

3.5 kgs/barrel, and package as customer
